Hello

Here's who I am & what I do

My journey bridges academia and industry, connecting leadership theory with practical business development in global health. At Northwestern University, I studied leadership and organizational behavior, exploring how teams adapt, communicate, and thrive in dynamic environments. At HAII Corporation, I’ve applied these lessons by leading international business development and forging digital health partnerships across the U.S., Europe, Southeast Asia, and MENA.

What excites me most is the challenge of start up and strategy, finding ways to scale innovations, enter new markets, and align diverse stakeholders around shared goals. I approach business development not just as deal-making, but as building systems of collaboration that create impact. Alongside this, I’m passionate about change(culture) management: helping organizations move from vision to execution by creating clarity, reducing friction, and making growth sustainable.

I also enjoy working in collaboration and teamwork. Engaging with colleagues to co-create solutions and drive outcomes is what energizes me most, whether it’s aligning cross-functional teams, building partnerships, or translating ideas into impact.

I believe the future of healthcare depends on blending structured strategy with creativity. My work is driven by the conviction that digital health can be both human-centered and globally scalable, delivering accessible care while empowering organizations to adapt and innovate.
